We employ able young men and women, raw and through professional training molds them into refined gentle, cultured and well-motivated guards after a month’s intensive training at our Lekki Area. While in the area, our guards are also taught the virtues of honesty, integrity, and loyalty.
Training is a potent tool for capacity building of human resources and hence, we place high premium on continuous training and refresher courses for the management staff and guards. Part of the method used in actualizing effectiveness is that our guards are briefed on daily basis. This does not only assist in efficiency, but also assist in knowing the psychological disposition of the guards before they are deployed to their beats. We also ensure the guards undergo military drills to inculcate in them the act of self-discipline and endurance.
The mode of operation is the rotation of our guards on 24 or 12 hourly basis or as the client may wish. The company also through effective surveillance, patrols & combinations of electronic gadgets monitors the entire premises. Observation posts are necessary while supervisors are deployed round the clock for effective supervision.
Our guards are deployed to provide all round protection and observation. Guards are deployed in pairs for the purpose of mutual support and relieved when due.
The welfare of our guards is paramount. Their salaries are paid on time and their medical requirements are promptly attended to. All guards are insured under The Group life Assurance policy with LEAD WAY Assurance and are also involved in the mandatory contributory pension also known as retirement savings with Trust Fund Pension.
